This level is 115 meter above the ground and can be reached with the elevator or by 719 steps counting stairway. 360 steps to the first level and another 359 steps to the second level. On this level you can also find the famous restaurant called Jules Verne which is one of Paris' best restaurants concerning food and panoramic views.
